We get this question a lot from consumers...and to be perfectly honest I think the main difference is our material quality. A lot of the big dish rack manufactures use chrome steel or basic stainless steel. All of our dish racks are made of high quality 304 stainless and higher. This is very expensive material and a lot of the big companies won't take the hit on their margins.
We believe in providing the best material quality for the consumer. These units will go years without showing any signs of rust. We have found that basic stainless steel can rust within 6 months in coastal regions. With 304 grade and higher you wont experience any rusting.
